Located in the heart of Mallorca, near Sineu, the large, rural country house Son Arcaines de Can Simó charms guests with its 300 m² of living space and 2000 m² plot of land. The spacious property consists of an open-plan living and dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Furthermore, this child-friendly house features Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) a fireplace and a TV with streaming capability. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided. Outside you will find a large garden, a private pool (12 x 5 m), an outdoor shower, lounge and dining areas as well as a barbecue and ping pong table. The nearest restaurant is 2.4 km away and you can reach a café, bar and supermarket in 3.5 km. Due to its ideal location in the heart of the island, the gorgeous beaches of the north and east coast are only a 17 to 30-minute drive away. Playa del Muro is 18 km away. Please note that only guests with a minimum age of 25 years are allowed to check in. Pets are welcome. Parking is available at the property. Upon entering the house you enter the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, TV with satellite channels and WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for the preparation of delicious Mediterranean dishes. The living room is equipped with air conditioning hot/cold, as well as the entrance area, from where you can cool or heat the bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms are also located on the ground floor (1x 1 double bed, 21x2 single beds). There are two bathrooms with shower at your disposal, one of them outside. The large outdoor area of 1500 sqm offers you a variety of possibilities. From the kitchen you can access the terrace with the dining area. In the garden, the typical Mediterranean trees provide enough shade and in the season you can enjoy their fruits.
