The property has a beautiful area with a 10x4m-sized pool with a salted water (0.80-1.80m deep), where you can take a refreshing dip and after sunbathe on one of six loungers and at night spend a pleasant evening with the family having a dinner. There is a fantastic barbecue area with a gas cooker, two ovens and wood stove. The garden is surrounded by lemon and orange trees. The two-storey house retains its Mallorcan style thanks to its stone walls and sturdy wooden beams. On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room with a wood-burning cooker and satellite TV. The kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, becomes a very special corner, as it is separated from this room by a small arch that makes it more accessible and useful. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms, both with two single beds, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a third bathroom with shower that serves this floor. Upstairs you will find a third bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, a sitting area, air conditioning with heat pump, and an en-suite bathroom. If you are staying with a baby, we will prepare a cot and a high chair for you. Up to five radiators complete the equipment. Upon entering the house you enter the spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, TV with satellite channels and WiFi. A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal for the preparation of delicious Mediterranean dishes. The living room is equipped with air conditioning hot/cold, as well as the entrance area, from where you can cool or heat the bedrooms. The 3 bedrooms are also located on the ground floor (1x 1 double bed, 21x2 single beds). There are two bathrooms with shower at your disposal, one of them outside. The large outdoor area of 1500 sqm offers you a variety of possibilities. From the kitchen you can access the terrace with the dining area. In the garden, the typical Mediterranean trees provide enough shade and in the season you can enjoy their fruits.
