The private water salt pool -sizing 9x3 meters and with a depth of 1.20 to 1.60 meters- is completed by loungers for sunbathing, the relaxation area with sofas, a table and an umbrella, the outdoor dining area where you can enjoy delicious barbecues and the children's playground area where the little ones can be entertained. The property is fenced, it is located in the village and there are close neighbours. The beautiful two-story house features a style where the modern and the traditional merge into one. When entering from the pool we find a glazed dining area which is where the barbecue facilities are located. Next and in the same space you will find the kitchen -which is equipped with a ceramic hob- and the living room that offers a TV with satellite channels and air conditioning. Also, in the house there are 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with two single beds and air conditioning each. A bedroom and a bathroom with shower and adapted for disabled are located on the ground floor.
