Located between the town of Fuengirola and the village of La Cala de Mijas on Spain's Costa Del Sol, overlooking the Mediterranean sea with views of Africa. This villa is beautifully modernised and is peaceful, safe and secure with a large private heated pool and air conditioning throughout.There are 2 kitchens, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs. Between them there is a fridge and a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a tumble drier, an oven and hob and 2 microwave ovens. Filtered water is available to drink straight from the tap of cooled from the fridge. The rear of the property faces due south so the sun shines on the pool and the back garden from sunrise till sunset.
