Welcome to this magnificent apartment located in the upper part of Calahonda with an incomparable view of the Mediterranean Sea and with a well-kept pool area and parking. The area where the apartment is located is called Calahonda and is well known for its proximity to golf, nature and well-kept urbanizations and a wide international food scene with restaurants from around the world. The closest are our own favorites, Miel y Nata, which at a good price has large portions of GOOD food, and La Familia with very good fish dishes. A 5-minute drive takes you down to the beach where you have a long promenade that takes you to Cabopino in the west and La Cala de Mijas in the east.In the center there are grocery stores such as Lidl, Mercadona and Supersol as well as several restaurants, bars and shops.
