The complex offers a large pool area with 2 pools in one, only 300 meters from a bar and restaurant and 3 km from all the facilities of Calahonda, including more restaurants, bars, supermarkets, golf, tennis club and the beach. There is a bus service linking the complexes in Calahonda to the coast road and stores from Monday to Friday. The first floor apartment is distributed over one floor and is accessed via a staircase.
