The complex has extensive manicured gardens and 2 large pool areas (one of which is lifeguard free and is open until the end of October), as well as a children's pool and play area. It also offers outdoor parking within the complex. Restaurants are within walking distance as well as by car. The renovated, spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor with the elevator. The accommodation is spread over one floor and consists of a very spacious living / dining area with open plan, large, modern and fully equipped kitchen with a utility room and washing machine. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard throughout and has hot and cold air conditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms.
