Wonderful modern Villa of 120m2 build in 2020 on a land of 800m2, located less than 5 minutes walk from a sand beach, in the residential village of Mas Pinell in Costa Brava. Mas Pinell is located in a natural park which is condusive for relaxation, taking a walk, hiking or go on bike rides. The area is fantastic for families and friends looking for a quiet place and very restful holidays. On the beach that is made of fine sand, you can find activities like jet-ski, towed buoy. If you like golf, the Emporda Golf is at only 5 km, and there are a lot of other activities in the area like boat trips and diving - see few of them in the description below. The property offers a private pool, a very large garden and terraces with comfortable lounges to relax. We have recently (in Jan2023) made improvements with a new wooden terrace and tree plantations - for example coconut trees. The house can welcome up to 8 guests.
