Description of the accommodation This house is wonderful. The garden, the swimming pool and the house itself are excellently maintained. You have space, peace and privacy here. This beautiful, detached villa is located in a green setting on the edge of the medieval village of Romanyá de La Selva. There is plenty of space to play football and hide and seek. The children will have fun in the large garden (5000 m²) while you take a walk among the cork and olive trees. Of course, there is a wonderful private pool with Roman steps, outdoor shower and sun loungers. The views are beautiful, and there are lovely hiking trails in the area. Romanyá de La Selva (450 metres) is small but has a restaurant. Walk past the cute little church of Sant Martí from the 10th century. You have two options for a day at the beach. The beaches of Playa de Aro (10 km) and Sant Antoni de Calonge (13 km) are both long and have a boulevard. Beautiful bays can be found in S'Ágaro (14 km) or La Fosca and Castell (both approx. 17 km). With a day of culture, the holiday is complete; historic Girona (28 km) and fashionable Barcelona (107 km) are both within easy reach.
