This beautiful corner house is only 10 minutes walk from the wide sandy beach of L'Estartit. Also the cosy centre, with many terraces, shops and the harbour, is at walking distance. Next to the house is a lovely communal pool with sunbathing area. Casa Florence consists of 2 floors. Ground floor: entrance, toilet, spacious living room with access to the terrace and the kitchen. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath. All bedrooms are equipped with a fan. Of course Casa Florence also has a lovely terrace where you can enjoy a homemade Paella and a glass of wine! The house has an enclosed garage for private use. Owners sometimes need to be in the garage to pick up or drop off something. This lovely house Casa Mirasol is located in the seaside resort of L'Estartit. This holiday home has been fitted with every conceivable comfort: you not only have a swimming pool behind the garden, you also have the beautiful sandy beach just 500 meters from the house! The cozy center of L'Estartit is within a 5 minutes walk from the property where you can stroll through its streets or his boulevard which leads you to the lively harbor of this old fishing village. You also have a supermarket with bakery (200 meters!), where you can buy in the morning fresh orange juice and croissants for breakfast. Casa Mirasol has a lovely garden with direct access to the communal swimming pool with sunbathing area. Casa Mirasol has 2 floors: on the ground floor are the living room with dining area,open fire place and a laarge, cosy sofa and the kitchen with entrance to the storeroom.
