The location of this well-kept apartment is worth a 10, because it's located directly (!) at the beach; a towel, sun cream and a bucket for sandcastles are the only things you have to think about. The beautiful boulevard in front of your holiday apartment takes you to the cozy center of L'Estartit and its active port, all within a 5 minute walk! The showpiece of this apartment is undoubtedly his magnificent views of the sea, the Medes Islands and the harbor, which you can fully enjoy from the terrace. Catalunya 1 is simply furnished and includes a living room with dining area, sofa bed and sliding doors to the terrace, with the famous view of the Mediterranean Sea. The separate kitchen includes a microwave and a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms each with 2 single beds, both have access to the beautiful terrace, and a bathroom with toilet and bath/shower.
