It boasts a larger-than-average veranda making outside dining a real delight. The villa's elevated coastal position affords glimpses of the Mediterranean through the gardens' palms and pines. The extensive lawns and terraces accommodate a very large 12 x 6 meter pool with a diving board and integral steps from the Roman end. The villa's interior is very spacious with feature stone archways and open vaulted ceilings. The lounge dining area is open plan in design. Numerous French doors lead from a well-appointed living area to the covered veranda. The house offers homely comforts. The villa is divided into two floors, each with its own living room and kitchen. Ideal for 2 families to be separated but still be together. In 2020, the house was renovated and modernized.
