Villa Agatha is located in Cala D'or, a suburb of the Spanish resort of El Campello (20 km from Alicante airport). The house is located at a roundabout where only the residents of the houses located at this roundabout come. Very quiet and private. The spacious landscaped area (approx. 1100 m2) on which the house stands is largely walled, with full vegetation and is closed by a gate at the entrance. This gives the garden a lot of privacy. A large swimming pool with lighting was installed in 2015. A luxury pergola was built by the swimming pool in 2016, where you can relax, read and have lunch in the shade. From one of the terraces in the garden you have a beautiful view of the bay of Benidorm and a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. The house has recently been completely renovated and fully equipped. You have two modern bathrooms (both with (walk-in) shower and toilet), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine) and 3 spacious bedrooms (3 rooms with a double bed) In one of the bathrooms there is a washing machine and in the garden a skottelbraai, gas bbq and a Weber bbq. Also a ping-pongtable is provided. The living room is wonderfully light and from here you can reach the large rear terrace (south) or the spacious indoor balcony at the front (east), where you can have breakfast in the morning in the sun and enjoy the cool days during the rest...
