The large villa (700 m2) stands on mature private grounds (3000 m2) of lawns and established 30ft palms, the gardens are fully enclosed offering considerable privacy. It boasts a larger-than-average veranda making outside dining a real delight. The villa's elevated coastal position affords glimpses of the Mediterranean through the gardens' palms and pines. The extensive lawns and terraces accommodate a very large 12 x 6 meter pool with a diving board and integral steps from the Roman end. The villa's interior is very spacious with feature stone archways and open vaulted ceilings. The lounge dining area is open plan in design. Numerous French doors lead from a well-appointed living area to the covered veranda. The house offers homely comforts. The villa is divided into two floors, each with its own living room and kitchen. Ideal for 2 families to be separated but still be together. In 2020, the house was renovated and modernized. To ensure we get the balance right we have been working with acclaimed interior designer Jessica Bataille and the results are really stunning. This villa has all its rooms on the ground floor, we enter through the "naya" - glazed terrace where we find the living room and access to a bedroom. We enter the hall of the house we access the other 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, the rustic style kitchen with its large storage room and access to the outside. The staircase leads up to the cosy loft, prepared as a reading or rest room, with beautiful mountain views. The exterior offers a large landscaped plot, a large private swimming pool with terrace around and a cosy barbecue area prepared for nice lunches and dinners enjoying the outdoors, also in this area is the 2nd bathroom with shower that also has hot water.
