This house is very well located and meets all the requirements! A small urbanization, located 1 km from the city center of Catral, which will bring you everything you need, bakery, bank, communal pool, cafes and restaurants but also two supermarkets. This beautiful house with all modern comforts, offers peace and quiet thanks to its location in the countryside, surrounded by orange, lemon and olive trees. But also the modernity being located 15 minutes drive from the cities of Elche, 45 minutes from Alicante airport, about fifteen minutes from Torrevieja with excellent road links. You can also cool off in the beautiful pool of the property or the sea by rolling 10-15 minutes to reach beautiful beaches of fine sand. The valencia region is characterized by a semi arid Mediterranean climate. Summers are hot and winters (minimum 10 ° C with sometimes days at 20 ° C and above) very short, until March. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, heating as well as a washing machine. The villa offers a private outdoor space with an open terrace, a covered terrace and a balcony. Guests also have access to a shared pool. The property is located right next to a bus stop with connections to the city centre and Punta Prima.
