The living room has 2 sofas and an arm chair Coffee table and smart TV with a side board. This property also boasts a working fireplace. The dining area has a 6 person dining table. To the side of the living room there is an American Kitchen with a fridge, hob, oven, kettle etc .There is also a combo washer/dryer. Behind the kitchen there is a garage with additional storage space for luggage. This property also has a travel cot and other baby equipment there to use complementary. Water boiler) At the balcony there we often have our meals you view the bay of Cabo Roig. Free Wi-Fi. Several golf courses nearby. 3 outdoor tennis courts within walking distance. 2 bar restaurants near the beach just outside the apartment. The playa is slowly getting deeper. Mil Palmeras is a slightly older place. There is an apartment hotel. Otherwise houses and apartments are owned by private individuals and a large part are Spaniards. The beach runs parallel to the entire area. During the summer months there are a number of beach bars. The beach has lifeguards during the summer. In recent years, Mil Palmeras beach has managed to obtain the EU flag, which means that the standard is good, the water is clean and the beach is cleaned almost every night. There are grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, market and a dozen restaurants within walking distance....
