Ground floor open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with emperor bed and mirrored wardrobes with en-suite bathroom. Front door leads to a large front sun lounge area ideal for sunbathing and alfresco dining. Stairs to side of villa take you to another large private sun lounge roof solarium - ideal for sunbathing from sunrise til sunset - there you will see the spectacular views of the salt lakes. The villa is close to all amenities, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. A bus stop for buses into Torrevieja is directly outside the complex. Final cleaning at end of your vacation is 45 euros. Air conditioning available on request an extra 3 euros per day. If you like the outdoors but like your amenities at hand this villa is ideal.
