El Barranco is a beautiful independent Canarian Villa, located in Los Valles, in a rural area close to the village of Teguise, the former capital of the island of Lanzarote. It is a 95% sustainable house, one of the few Canarian houses with these characteristics on the island. It has kept its original essence, with wide stone walls and interior courtyard, and has been renovated and updated to meet the new environmental needs. It is a real pleasure to invite you to discover this authentic Canarian house. We are located in a quiet valley in the north inland of the island, Los Valles. A place in the nature, where the people will welcome you with kindness and closeness. In a wonderful landscape, surrounded by volcanoes, which invites you to relax, rest and enjoy nature. Our Villa El Barranco, is on a plot of 19.000m2, surrounded by palm trees, countryside and surrounding sounds such as the wind and birds. The house has an interior gallery leading to a courtyard, as well as windows to the outside, which gives the whole villa natural light. It has 3 double bedrooms of which 2 of them are en-suite and in the master suite the bathroom is integrated with the bedroom.
