Detached villa with pool, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 150 m2 and 570m2 of garden. The views are very beautiful, free of obstacles and the area is very quiet, although a few minutes drive from the resorts, the capital Reef and beaches. The pool is heated between 23 to 24ºC. There is a terrace with a dining table and sun loungers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, Nexpresso, microwave, etc. The living room has two heights, with a difference of five steps, resulting in a high quality space. The master bedroom is en suite with a bed of 150 com, with dressing room and bathroom with shower over floor. The other two bedrooms are with 2 beds of 90ctm, in one of them they are joined and in the other separated. There is also an office desk. It has a garage, where a ping-pong is installed and where the washing machine and the clothesline are located. There is a portable iron barbecue, with coal. In the house there are beach or pool towels....
