This house is part of a quiet urbanization located in the well-known town of Playa Blanca, the southernmost town of Lanzarote Island and apart from the volcano views, it also has views to the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura and the island of Lobos. Villa Capri is a one-storey house so it is very comfortable for the guests. It has two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub) and 2 bedrooms. We think you will love this cosy villa and you may not want to leave, but if you have an explorer's streak, why not venture into the Rubicon marina (20 minutes walk or drive away) and sample some of the local cuisine and quirky boutiques on offer. This peaceful property consists of 3 bedrooms with a double bed in the master bedroom and 3 single beds spread across the other two bedrooms. It also has two bathrooms (one on each floor with shower), to make our guests more comfortable during their visit. Tebar Beach has sea views from the upstairs terrace and a main terrace with private pool. The pool has a heat pump which is activated at extra cost. Its temperature ranges between 26ºC-28ºC maximum.
