Excellent house with capacity for 8 people a few steps from the beach, in an excellent location in the north of the island, amazing views, very quiet place to spend a lovely holiday with family or friends. The house has a beautiful living room and a very well equipped kitchen. It has a total of four bedrooms, two with double bed and the others with two single beds. On the first floor you will find two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, it also has a good sized balcony. A cosy pellet cooker is available for the winter months. At the house there are kayaks to enjoy the sea, it has a good size terrace where you can enjoy the panoramic sea views, there is also a barbecue to prepare your meals with family and friends in a heavenly place. IMPORTANT: - All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. The private saltwater pool -measuring 4 x 8 meters and with a depth of 1.20 to 1.80 meters- is perfect for cooling off after a day visiting the north of the island or on the beach. The hammocks will help you relax while you sunbathe and the table at the porch is ideal for enjoying a delicious barbecue at nightfall. The property is fenced and there are close neighbors. The 2-storey house has a classic and cozy style. On the ground floor we have the living-dining room equipped with AC, Smart TV with satellite channels; the separate kitchen that has a ceramic hob and exit to the outside; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds; and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor you will find another two bedrooms -one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed- and the second bathroom in the house, this one with a bathtub. On the first floor you will also find a small terrace, a cosy corner with spectacular views, where you can spend moments of solitude and seclusion. The property is fenced and there are neighbours in the surrounding area. The interior of the house is great. The 100 m2 two storey house has a modern and current style with all comforts to have a perfect stay, as if you were at home. From the terrace we get into the living room.
