This great house features a fantastic saltwater pool that is 8 x 4 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1 to 1.5 metres. You'll also find 6 sun loungers and several terraces perfectly furnished where you can enjoy delicious BBQ alfresco and enjoy the good weather with an appetiser and a drink. In addition, the beach is only 300 metres away, so you can enjoy it at any moment. Interior Inside you find a luminous living - dining room, perfect to organise unforgettable banquets and also to rest whilst watching the satellite TV. The kitchen has a ceramic hob and all you need to cook together with a table with chairs for a quick breakfast. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, all with a closet and a fan. This cosy and modern house allows you to spend your vacation near the sea and the beach in the north of Mallorca. The little front porch has two garden chairs to spend romantic moments chatting and taking a cup of wine. On the back side, there is a terrace with a large parasol where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue outdoors. The property is fenced and there are neighbours around. The rooms have a fresh design, with soft colour furniture and large windows for a great luminosity. The living-dining room is perfect to spend time with your loved ones, watching satellite TV or enjoying dinners all together. The open kitchen has all you need to prepare simple dishes and it features a ceramic hob, a microwave and an oven among others. You will prepare the best breakfast with the coffee maker, the toaster and the juicer. The ground floor is completed with a bathtub bathroom. The house offers 3 comfortable bedrooms, all of them on the first floor and all of them with a closet. You can choose between 2 bedrooms with two twin beds each and one with a double bed.
