This spacious accommodation with sea views is located on the seafront, next to the small port of Son Serra de Marina. It has a large terrace where you always have the choice between sun and shade. The terrace extends 180º around the house, where you can find four sun loungers, a dining table, an outdoor shower and, of course, a barbecue. On the terrace you can enjoy an exclusive dinner with views and the sea breeze. Through a small gate you have direct access to the Paseo Maritimo, the boaters and the small Nautical Club in front of the house. To the left of the house is the natural beach of Ses Escorxes and where Son Serra ends in the east, a sandy beach of almost 2 kilometres opens up with an idyllic and protected dune landscape behind. The private saltwater pool -measuring 4 x 8 meters and with a depth of 1.20 to 1.80 meters-is perfect for cooling off after a day visiting the north of the island or on the beach. The hammocks will help you relax while you sunbathe, and the table at the porch is ideal for enjoying a delicious barbecue at nightfall. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours. Interior The 2-storey house has a classic and cozy style. On the ground floor we have the living-dining room equipped with AC, Smart TV with satellite channels; the separate kitchen that has a ceramic hob and exit to the outside; two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds; and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor you will find another two bedrooms -one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed- and the second bathroom in the house, this one with a bathtub.
