The villa was built in 2008 and is 170m2 with 105m2 terrace situated on 1200m2 plot. There is plenty of room for the large family both indoors and outdoors. The whole house is very complete with beautiful stone floors, large glass doors to the terrace from both the living room and several bedrooms and minimalist and practical furnished. The central area of the house is the open kitchen / family room.
