In her opinion, clients wouldn't mind paying a little extra. But I had my doubts... the villa wasn't cheap, although the interior is of a high standard. We finally managed to lower the price a bit and it turned out... Location and Exterior And our clients love the house! If your vacation is short, then think about how much valuable time you can save without having to drive to the beach, restaurants, or supermarket... From this house, restaurants are just a few steps away on foot, and the beach is only 200 meters away. Still, if you want to bring your own car, there's no problem, as you have private outdoor parking! Traffic noise? No, there isn't, as Calle Carabeo is a pedestrian street and only allows cars for people who have parking there. Allow me to tell you a bit more about this charming villa. The holiday home is situated 3 km off the village Almáchar on one of the ranges of hills which are rising from the river El Borge. The distance to the beach in Rincón de la Victoria is 17 km. The authentic mountain village Almáchar is perfect to combine beach and rural holidays. The two-storey house is very wide and with big rooms to spend the holidays together with a group of friends or family. It consists of eight bedrooms, one with a double bed, two with three single beds in each and the others with two single beds in each. Upon request there is an extra bed available . There are two big living rooms, one on each floor, a big kitchen and three bathrooms with a shower.
