It benefits from an elevated position providing some of the best sea views you will find in Mojacar. The villa has air conditioning throughout. Approaching the villa, there are two private parking spaces and an integral garage. To the front of the property is the private pool with a very large, south east facing patio wrapping around the property. There are 6 sun loungers, a table and chairs for 6 people and a gas barbecue. The house is furnished to a very high standard with two sofas one 3 seater converting to a comfortable double bed and a two seater, large dining table seats 6. Conditioning unit and ceiling fans. A marble stair case leads to the 1st floor with a double bedroom and twin bedded room( the beds can be zipped together to make a very comfortable king-size bed.) Both the bedrooms have large built in wardrobes with chest of drawers inside. Both rooms are fully air-conditioned also have ceiling fans for anyone who does not like air-conditioning. There is a large bathroom on the first floor with shower over bath toilet and bidet. The staircase from landing extends to the large roof terrace, ideal for sunbathing, with views of the mountains.
