Beautiful two bedroom cottage with terrace, private pool and spectacular mountain views. El Granero has two bedrooms, one with double bed 1.60m and the second with bed of 1.35. It has a small lounge with a comfortable sofa and TV. Next to the living room is a small but fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.. The house has a bathroom with shower. The house has a wonderful partly covered terrace where you will find a table and four chairs, next to these you can enjoy the barbecue that the house has, the solarium area, an outdoor shower and the swimming pool where you can relax and sunbathe. El Granero is situated in a rural area 2.5KM (9 minutes drive) from El Playazo beach, one of the most popular beaches in Nerja and only 4.5KM (11 minutes drive from the centre of Nerja). The access road to the house is a street that in some sections has a steep incline, so the use of a 4X4 off-road vehicle is recommended, although it can be accessed with any type of car or motorbike.
