This property consists of two buildings (the main house and a studio) situated next to each other but not interconnected. The 120 m² villa includes a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to eight people. The villa features Wi-Fi (available only in the main house), air conditioning, satellite TV with Chromecast, and a washing machine. There are two heaters on the property: a gas heater (available for an extra fee) and pellet stoves (guests must bring pellets themselves). Children are welcome, and a baby bed and high chair are available. The villa offers a private outdoor area with a pool (cleaned twice per week and closed between December and March), a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, and a private barbecue with gas.
