The modern kitchen comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor fan, oven and microwave and contains all you need while the supermarkets are only 5 minutes walk. The open plan living room leads to a spacious balcony with views to the hills and the sea that comfortably accommodates the table should you wish to eat al fresco. A flat screen smart TV is mounted where you can watch local television, connect your device or login to your streaming devices and wifi is available in the apartment. The standard price is for 2 persons, for more than 2 persons there is an extra charge. It also has a double sofa bed. This flat is perfect for beach lovers, which is less than 50 metres away. Moreover, the Carvajal train stop is only 500 metres away and runs along the coast between Malaga and Fuengirola, making it very easy to visit the centre of Malaga. The flat has a kitchenette with kitchenware, crockery and cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.
