The villa has a big private garden with a swimming pool, that is an ideal place for children to play. Inside on the ground level you have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a large dining room with access to the terrace, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with a laundry room behind. On the 1st floor you have the 4th bedroom which has good size, a bathroom, a open dressing and sitting area and a smaller terrace. There is a small supermarket and a few beachside reataurants in walking distance. From the airport of Malaga it is a distance of 40km.
