On the main floor we have a spacious open concept living-dining area with an American kitchen that is fully equipped, a separate guest toilet and a laundry room. Outside there is a nice private garden area for sunbathing or for children to play around. The private garden with lounge and dining area is perfect for an outdoor dinner since it features a professional, built in BBQ grill.
