It has a ground floor entrance from the road, but has an elevated position from the terrace, which overlooks the main pool and the gardens, with direct access to these from the garage underneath the apartment. The apartment is situated near the sea, between the golf courses of Cabopino and Santa Maria on the attractive development of La Reserva de Marbella (Phase 1).
