Please note that there are currently construction works occuring in the foyer of the building and as a result, the entry of the building is a workzone and the apartment will be noisy during work hours, probably until early December 2018. This ground floor apartment with plenty of light was recently refurbished and consists of three beautiful cozy bedrooms, two bathrooms, spacious living room with open plan kitchen, and access to the sunny partly covered terrace with dining table and couple of sun loungers. All three rooms offers comfortable king size beds (1.80x2.00). Air-conditioning throughout, fast Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, heated floors in the bathrooms for extra comfort. Free parking on the street just outside of the complex. A beautiful seemingly endless golden beach can be reached on foot within 15 minutes to take long walks all the way to Marbella.
