It is in a very peaceful location with beautiful views along the Playa Cabria, Playa de Velilla and Almunecar. It has been brand new furnished to a high standard and provides excellent accommodation for up to ten people. Inside the villa, there is a well-equipped modern kitchen with microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer and dishwasher, a dining area, a laundry room on the top floor, a living room with comfortable sofas and a large flatscreen television and satellite. Outside is a terrace with a pool area with spare outdoor furnitures. The villa is 400 meters to the beach (downhill going, uphill returning) and some local restaurants. On the lower floor, there is a spacious garden with stunning sea views, as well as, two modern style twin bedrooms which are en suite. By the street level, you will be able to park your car either in the private parking with an automatic gate or the community parking where only renters and owners are allowed to access.
