Casa Carlotta is a very lovely and comfortable family home situated in a quiet and safe urbanisation a short drive to the pretty village and bay of La Herradura. The house has a large open plan kitchen, dining room with separate office space and patio doors leading out to a sunny private terrace complete with eating area. The house also has 3 good sized bedrooms, one large double, one standard double both of which have access to a very sunny upstairs terrace and a single room ideal for children. There are two shower rooms and a separate toilet.
