This is a lovely two bedroom, two bathroom apartment en El Balcon urbanisation. It has been tastefully renovated to a high standard with all modern furnishings. El Balcon is a quiet residential area consisting of 2 blocks of apartments each with their own swimming pool. Sangria Blanca is situated in the lower apartment block and has views of the local residential area. As you walk in to the apartment you are immediately in the large open plan living/dining room and kitchen which is fully fitted with all the necessary equipment. The living room open on to a large balcony with seating area. To the right of the living room are the two bedrooms and two bathrooms so each bedroom has it´s own bathroom. Just along the corridor from the apartment is the communal swimming pool and there is also a garage underneath the building for private parking. The top floor hosts a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and terrace off the bedroom with seating area to enjoy the amazing views over the communal pool and La Herradura bay.The ground floor has three bedrooms, one double or twin with en-suite shower room, one double with private balcony and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for the kids. There is also a separate shower room on this floor.Off the ground floor there is a further staircase to the living/dining level. As you come down the stairs the room opens out to a massive open plan living/dining area with fully fitted kitchen including two fridge/freezers, two dishwashers, oven and integrated microwave, wine/beer fridge, two sinks and plenty of work space.
