This is a lovely two bedroom, two bathroom apartment en El Balcon urbanisation. It has been tastefully renovated to a high standard with all modern furnishings. El Balcon is a quiet residential area consisting of 2 blocks of apartments each with their own swimming pool. Sangria Blanca is situated in the lower apartment block and has views of the local residential area. As you walk in to the apartment you are immediately in the large open plan living/dining room and kitchen which is fully fitted with all the necessary equipment. The living room open on to a large balcony with seating area. To the right of the living room are the two bedrooms and two bathrooms so each bedroom has it´s own bathroom. Just along the corridor from the apartment is the communal swimming pool and there is also a garage underneath the building for private parking. Casa Carlotta is a very lovely and comfortable family home situated in a quiet and safe urbanisation a short drive to the pretty village and bay of La Herradura. The house has a large open plan kitchen, dining room with separate office space and patio doors leading out to a sunny private terrace complete with eating area. The house also has 3 good sized bedrooms, one large double, one standard double both of which have access to a very sunny upstairs terrace and a single room ideal for children. There are two shower rooms and a separate toilet. To the back of the property there is a large covered terrace with pergola, children's play area and a private 1.5 x 4..5m swimming pool, ideal for cooling off in the hot summer but also gated and safe for children. The house has air conditioning throughout, good quality wifi.. Within the urbanisation there is a main communal pool only a 2 minute walk away.
