The sizeable garden slopes gently down to a large 8km beach, fairly empty for most of the year. The garden itself is of a "controlled wilderness" type; juniper bushes (a protected species) break the rhythm of the large lawn, and several palm trees will whisper to us from on high with their slender trunks swaying gracefully in the wind. Large glass doors open onto a covered terrace that runs the width of the building, the open-air dining area at one end and comfortable seating at the other.
