The garden itself is of a "controlled wilderness" type; juniper bushes (a protected species) break the rhythm of the large lawn, and several palm trees will whisper to us from on high with their slender trunks swaying gracefully in the wind. This large Andalusian style villa offers 4 spacious bedrooms, two on each floor. From the master-bedroom on the first floor you can enjoy a nice view of the swimming pool; the other bedroom on the first floor has its own furnished south-western terrace. The living room is also large, with dining-area, 2 sofas, SAT TV with British channels, fireplace. The high-class open kitchen is fully equipped, including dish-washer and washing-machine. There are two bathrooms, one with an appealing bathtub. The covered south-western terrace is preciously furnished. The nicely formed swimming pool has its own waterfall and is surrounded by a subtropical garden. There is a nice barbecue with outdoor-kitchen as well as deck-chairs on the lawn. You enter the plot through an automatic gate; otherwise it is fully protected by a wall. In the vicinity there are a few more vacation villas, therefore it is rather quiet.
