Built on one level, with very spacious rooms and terraces. Easy access and perfect location (less than 200m from the minimarket, pharmacy, kiosk and children's playground and only 400m from the stunning Roche beach). Casa Encinar is an excellent choice if you are travelling with children or elderly people. Although it was built only 10 years ago, the house has a charm and atmosphere normally only seen in older houses. The use of weathered wood as well as the traditional whitewashed walls, terracotta floors and typical multicoloured mosaics give it an unmistakable flavour of a traditional Andalusian country house - even though it is located in the centre of a luxury urbanisation (with all kinds of services) and only 5 minutes walk from a stunning beach. The house sleeps 6 (extendable to 7) although the feeling of space from the moment you enter through the pretty courtyard entrance and pass through the kitchen, lounge and large covered terrace evokes a much larger property. The swimming pool has a portable fence that can be put up or not depending on our needs and the rest of the garden is very well kept and enjoys both sunny and shady areas. The sizeable garden slopes gently down to a large 8km beach, fairly empty for most of the year. The garden itself is of a "controlled wilderness" type; juniper bushes (a protected species) break the rhythm of the large lawn, and several palm trees will whisper to us from on high with their slender trunks swaying gracefully in the wind. Atlantic Spain? Atlantic Caribbean? It could be either, really. Waves break rhythmically on the sand below, the breeze almost always warm or hot, and what could certainly be said to be heaven. As we walk through the front door, we are already confronted with the sea view and the spacious open plan living room. It is a single storey building, like all beachfront properties in this area, so the ceilings are high, creating a pleasant airy ambience throughout. Situated less than 200 metres from one of the best beaches on the Costa de la Luz, Casa Almadraba offers that combination of beach, comfortable home and mature garden that is so hard to find on the Cádiz coast. Style and comfort less than 200m from the beach A major renovation in early 2024 has produced a fabulous open plan space for dining, cooking and comfortable living, including a large covered terrace overlooking the (fenced) swimming pool. With one of the best beaches on the Costa de la Luz less than 200m away, this is a perfect holiday home. Although Bahari is built on two floors, on the first floor you will find only the fourth bedroom (with bunk beds) and a roof terrace from where you can see the sea at the end of the street. Most of the accommodation is on the ground floor, which is divided between the bedroom wing on one side (two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and the master suite with en-suite bathroom and dressing room) and the newly refurbished open-plan living room on the other side. Casa del Nómada entered our collection in 2019. It is an elegant Atlantic beach house, just a short walk (1km) or bike ride from one of the most spectacular stretches of sandy beach on the Costa de la Luz. Situated at the rear of the urbanisation of Roche, the location is quiet, yet less than 5 minutes by bike from the local minimarket (fresh bread), bar and children's playground. And in the summer months within walking distance are several of Cadiz's famous chiringuitos (beach bars). Having said that, this is a house you will want to spend time in; it has been designed precisely for that, offering that little bit more than the typical beach house. Casa Lefito was finished in 2023 and is a family holiday home in an ideal situation close to the beach and the center of Conil. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room with open plan kitchen and cooking island and dining table for 8 guests. The sliding windows can be opened almost completely, so terrace and living room are united. There are sliding malloquin elements, if you want to protect the terrace from wind or sun or just have more privacy. The kitchen is from Porcelanosa and offers high standard details like an integrated extractor, cutlery from WMF and good knifes. There is another dining table on the terrace, a sofa to relax and an electric barbecue (Weber). The master bedroom (double bed 180cmx200cm) is on the first floor and has fantastic views to the sea. The balcony is the perfect spot for the first coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. In the generous bedroom you also find a desk to work and a shower room.
