The villa is very light and bright with a nice lay-out and is all on one level. Good size open plan living/dining room, master bedroom and family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a covered terrace with extensive vistas over the countryside and beyond to the mountains. There are two further bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and their own access. To the outside there is a fabulous swimming pool, with Roman steps and terraces to enjoy lazy summer days. Also to offer shade from the sun is a covered private terrace perfect for alfresco dining over looking the pool and garden. The property enjoys complete privacy yet still within a stones throw of the pretty Spanish pueblo of Parcent with some excellent restaurants and bars. The villa can be made fully secure and dog proof by locking the main gates.
