Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. Enjoy a homemade meal in your garden with the relaxing mountain views in the background. Free parking is available on the street and on the property. Pets are allowed. Parties are forbidden. Mirador is a house located on the coastal path between Llafranc and Calella de Palafrugell, considered one of the most beautiful and charming areas of the Costa Brava. Its privileged location has spectacular views of the beach and the port of Llafranc. It is a completely refurbished house with a maximum capacity for 8 people. The house is distributed over 4 floors: The main floor which includes a tastefully furnished dining room and a large terrace with fantastic sea views, a large open plan fully equipped kitchen (gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer), 1 suite with shower and double bed (180x190cm), 1 double bedroom (2 beds 90x190cm), 1 bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there is an attic-study with 2 sofa beds and TV. On the lower floors there are 2 bedroom suites with shower (2 double beds 180x190cm and 160x190cm) both with sea views and one of them with terrace. On the lower floor there is a small jetty with direct access to the beach of Llafranc (access through a coded gate). Garage included in the price at 200m from the house. Pets are not allowed. House for families only. Bookings from young people under 35 years old are not allowed. This house is located in Llafranc, one of the most beautiful villages of the Costa Brava that stands out for its beautiful beach with crystal clear water, its promenade covered with pine trees and its nautical port....
