This holiday villa in begur was built in 2007, got a floor surface of 250m2 is situated on a beautiful and quiet spot, just at rocks on the border of the Mediterranean Sea, at the Costa Brava in Spain. The pool is 7 x 4 meters and got a jetstream, to make it possible to keep swimming without moving. The house has a large terrace, partly covered and with 100% sea view. Also upstairs there is a terrace in front of the bedrooms. The villa was recently constructed and equipped with all modern facilities. In the kitchen you have a nice cooking island, a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Also on the ground floor there is large living / dining room, from where you have direct access to the terrace and pool area. On the first floor you'll find the suite, with a double bed, a private living room with terrace and a bathroom with bath from which you can enjoy the fantastic sea view! Also on the first floor are two bedrooms for 2 people each. In one of the bedrooms there is a bunk beds, but this is easy to change into two single beds next to eachother.
