Authentic town, very un-touristy, several good restaurants and bars, easy parking.

Costa Brava reviews

Beaches tend to be rockier and water tends to be colder than on the Costa Dorada, but they're beautiful and dramatic because of that. Excellent location for water sports like sea kayaking.
