Villa Evelina is a large detached, single storey property quietly located in the very popular Puerto Rey pueblo. It is just 100 metres from the famous beach with its pristine crystal-clear water. The property has recently been extensively refurbished with new Bathrooms, Kitchen and lounges. There are 3 TV's one with Spanish channels and fibre optic supplied fast wi-fi. There are 3 beach bars (Chiringuitos famous for grilled Sardines and Prawns), and the Marau beach club within a short walking distance. This is an absolutely stunning 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Villa in a prime location on the Mojacar Playa with bars, restaurants and blue flagged beaches all within walking distance from the property. The property is very spacious and is set on one level comprising with four large double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, three with shower enclosures and one with bath and separate shower enclosure.
