Casa Colina is a Spanish designed Hacienda type villa, with high ceilings, generous sized rooms and full of character. The villa is an ideal location for family holidays of all generations. The villa is situated in its own grounds, in an elevated position providing views to the coast 10 km away with mountains as a backdrop. The maintained grounds comprises of garden with palms and flowers along the drive at the top of the property, with olive groves that the house looks down upon over 2 acres. To the front of the villa is a shaded terrace with table and chairs ideal for breakfasts or late drinks. To the rear of the property is the brand new large L shaped private swimming pool with diving board, overlooking orange orchards and with mountains as a backdrop.
