Magnificent flat with spectacular views over the small and secluded cove of El Caletón. Very spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped with quality furniture and appliances. In the living room there is a large dining table although you will most likely want to enjoy your meals on the huge 65 square metre terrace. The terrace is equipped with 3 sun loungers, barbecue and a table for 8 people. The views are breathtaking. Directly to the small cove, where the sea comes in and the waves break. The house has two bathrooms, one of them with double shower. Two bedrooms with double beds, and two additional bedrooms with sofa beds, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. The house can accommodate up to 7 people. The internet is fibre optic and is very fast. If you have to work online, you won't have any problems. The flat is on the first floor of the building, but the entrance is on the 6th floor. You have to go down a long flight of stairs to get there, as there is no lift. Our accommodation is located in El Caletón, a small village on the north coast of Tenerife. It is reached by a winding road and you can find plenty of parking a few metres before you reach the entrance to our building. There is no public transport, so a car is essential. The Apartamentos Monasterio de San Antonio are located outside a tourist centre in a tranquil small town on the green outskirts of Icod de los Vinos in the northwest of Tenerife. The holiday flat "Apartamentos Monasterio de San Antonio No. 6" welcomes you in a beautiful 218 year old, recently renovated monastery building 325 metres above sea level. The cosy holiday flat on the first floor has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a marital bed (one 150x190cm mattress) and a bathroom and offers space for 2 people. The equipment also includes wifi and a satellite TV with approx. 450 international channels as well as free Netflix on request. The flat is completely facing the street (quintuple glazing) with the bedroom window almost at street level. For people who are sensitive to noise, the location on the street can lead to noise pollution despite the five-pane glazing. However, the real highlight of the over 218-year-old house with its typical Canarian courtyard and staircases is the shared roof terrace. Here you can relax on one of the sun loungers or sit in the covered lounge area and enjoy the magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the mountains.
