The dining area and from there you can use a sliding door to the closed terrace / conservatory where you can sit in the sun and out of the wind. From the living room you end up in a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped. From the kitchen you enter through a door into a small hall with a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. You can reach this quickly and easily when you come out of the swimming pool, because in the hall there is also a door to the outside spacious terrace. Back in the living room you come through 2 steps into a spacious hall where 3 of the 4 bedrooms ( The bedrooms have air conditioning) are located. 1 bedroom is partly an office with desk and there is 1 single bed with a trundle. The two master (en-suite) bedrooms are on the upper floor with patio doors accessing a large roof top terrace with sea views. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the lower floor with patio doors leading to their own terrace. The living areas are large with modern furniture and fittings throughout. There is a large dining table and L-shaped leather sofa in the main living room along with a dining table and chairs on the outside terrace. The whole interior and exterior patio area flooring is locally sourced marble and there is a 9m x 4.5m private pool with extensive sunbathing terraces. The villa is a short walk from the main square of Coveta where you will find a selection of bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket. The tram stop is even closer by. The sea is at the bottom of the road and a small beach is within walking distance.
