The building is situated on a hill the apartment is located in the lower rooms and has a pleasant cool indoor climate. This includes a terrace and other places can be used. In the garden there is a barbecue area and on the roof terrace you can tanatelessly. It is a very quiet area and in all places you are undisturbed and can relax in peace. The sea is about 10 minutes, during the season there is a beach bar at the bay, toilet and a lifeguard is also on site. There are 2 restaurants which can be reached on foot.
