Nice house recently refurbished, located in a very quiet area of L'Escala. It is only 12 minutes walk from the beach of Riells and the promenade. The house has two large private terraces, in front and behind the house. It also has a communal swimming pool, which is available ONLY during July and August. The Riells beach promenade offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, leisure facilities for children, supermarkets, water activities, etc. The house is divided into two floors. It has two double bedrooms, and one bedroom with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms with shower, large living-dining room with access to the front terrace, and open-plan kitchen with access to the back terrace. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. The house has a garage and there is also the possibility to park on the street for free. The house can sleep a total of 6 people, in two double beds and a bunk bed. There is also the possibility of joining the neighbouring house to accommodate two families. Pets are welcome at a supplement. A maximum of 1 pet up to 10kg is allowed. Entrance: 17:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday. To enter on Sundays or public holidays, please contact the agency.
