Holiday House on the Spanish Costa Brava, in the fishing village of L’Escala. House “Pi Gran B” is a tiny comfortable house offering all the comodity for a peaceful summertime close to the beach. Surrounded by a well-kept green garden where you may enjoy barbecue evenings or relaxing moments in a sunbed, the house invites you to desconnection and rest. There is also a furnished terrasse for your outdoor breakfasts or simply to sit reading a good book. The plot is fenced but be aware that the wall between this house and the neighboor’s one is really low and can be jumped over by a tall dog. The house is all built on ground floor and is divided into a large líving-room, separate equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. It is equipped with Sat-TV , washing- machine and has a parking place on the property. The accomodation “Pi Gran B” is situated close to the pinewood , about 1 km from the main beach of L’Escala and is a good starting point to go for a walk or a bike ride to the family beaches of riells or Montgo. Nice ground floor house in l'Escala, cosy and tastefully decorated, it is ideal for a family holiday because it has everything you are looking for: a quiet area, close to the beach, with different outdoor spaces, air conditioning and wifi. The house welcomes us with a large terrace area between the entrance door and the street door. It is surrounded by plants so there is privacy. It has an automatic awning to protect from the sun and outdoor furniture such as tables and chairs for eating outside, as well as sofas and a low chill-out table for relaxing. The house has two independent entrances. Through the main entrance, we access the living-dining room, which leads to an open plan kitchen with kitchenette. On the right hand side there is a double bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a toilet and a bathroom with shower. Through the second entrance, we access the remaining bedrooms. We open the door and find ourselves inside the second bedroom with double bed and wardrobes. In the adjoining door we find a second bathroom equipped with shower and a toilet. The third bedroom has two entrances: the first one, from the outside of the house as if it were an independent entrance, and the second one through the bathroom.
