It is a flat that will make your holiday an unforgettable memory. The Accommodation, Layout and Equipment The flat in Playa de Gandía has 2 bedrooms. Accommodation of 55 m² tastefully furnished and fully equipped, with sea views from the terrace and the swimming pool. The flats have been completely refurbished in keeping with our line, new from top to bottom to make your stay perfect. When you open the door of the flat you will find the living-dining room, an open and spacious area where you will be very comfortable. We have placed a 2.80m sofa with a depth of 110cm in case a child wants to sleep (it is not a sofa bed). In front of the sofa, a 49" TV with international satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French, Russian). We have free wifi and air conditioning with heating in the whole flat. Once in the flat you will be able to enjoy the summer time in the cosy furnished terrace that includes an awning and clear views of the village. The 46 m2 flat is located on the eighth floor of a building with lift. From the terrace we access the bright and comfortable living room where we can relax on the sofa while watching TV. Next to it is the dining area with capacity for 4 people. The kitchen is independent, it includes a ceramic hob and the basic utensils for cooking during your holidays.
